“North Whitby Medical Centre has served the community for over 20 years, providing care at its family and urgent care clinics. They are open seven days a week, dedicated to meeting the needs of their growing community. All patients can use their urgent care clinic without an appointment, as they operate on a first-come, first-served basis, though emergencies may cause exceptions. They stop registering walk-in patients once all slots for the day are filled. They accept health cards from all Canadian provinces except Quebec. If you need medication sooner, please book an appointment with your family doctor or visit their walk-in/urgent care clinic.

I have been a patient here at Whitby Urgent Care and of doctor Mann for over one year and I am very happy to have her as my family doctor, she’s always very punctual, attentive and always listen to any concerns I have - she really makes going to see the doctor an easier experience. Kudos to the nurses and staff that work here, especially Maleeha who is my go-to person whenever I need assistance, she’s always polite, patient, informative and quite funny. I appreciate all you do.

I visit Whitby Urgent Care walking in Clinic in Whitby Mall for many years. They have a great staff, very friendly and efficient. Maleaha is my Mom and I family doctor assistant. She is great . Always trying to help and accommodate everyone. Very pleasant. I recommend this clinic, my family doctor and her assistant.

Great urgent care clinic. My Dr is in this clinic. Dr Mann she is such an amazing Dr, so kind and caring always takes the time to help me. Maleeha is also wonderful she's always there to help me get in to see the Dr and on top of any paperwork needed.

FAMILY CARE MEDICAL CENTRE REVIEWS

I have nothing but positive things to say about Family Care Medical Centre. The front desk receptionists are kind, professional as well as helpful. The last two times I went to the walk in(mid-January) and today, I was pleased to have Dr. Michael attend to me. She is an excellent doctor who knows her stuff. She is thorough and kind at the same time. All in one visit today, she filled out a specialist referral for me, gave me prescriptions for vaccinations geared to my age group and a form to get blood work done. She is very efficient to say the least. Regular patients are very fortunate to have Dr. Michael as their primary care physician. Thank you very much.

My visit was quick and easy, and I had a great experience. The receptionist was so kind and quick with registering me to be seen by the nurse and doctor, and the nurse and doctor were nothing but kind! Gave me all the information I needed and answered any questions I had as well.

Had an excellent experience this morning as a walk-in patient. Arrived at 8am (opening time) with a short wait time to see the doctor - only about 8 people before me. Staff were friendly and efficient including the front desk team.

We've been to a few of the Whitby walk in clinics before but this one was by far the best experience. The waiting room was clean and they got us into see the doctor promptly. The doctor was very pleasant and didn't brush us off like some of the other clinics seem to do when they are in a rush. I am writing this in retrospect because it has been a huge relief for us to have my partner's condition correctly diagnosed & treated finally. They even filled his prescription in the on site pharmacy & taught him how to administer the dose properly. He is doing so much better now. With family doctors being so difficult to find this walk in clinic has been a real life saver for us.

The people in this clinic are the nicest people ever !! The receptionists were so polite ! My son was the last patient at almost 8:30 pm and the doctor still answered our questions patiently ! The pharmacists tried their best to help us with our insurance though it was pretty late for them . Also they explained us clearly how to use the drugs without any rush ! The best clinic ever.

The doctors are always friendly, attentive and sensitive to my situation. Not to mention the wonderful front desk staff that work so hard to help everyone. Best clinic I've ever been to.
