Jason and his team at Mervyn’s are genuine, sincere professionals who always excel at providing personable customer service and quality workmanship! My family and I have relied on Mervyn’s to repair a variety of vehicle “challenges” for a few decades now and despite any embarrassment associated with the “challenge”, it’s a fun experience. (One of my boxer pups destroyed a leather head rest and privacy screen not once but twice) The usual anonymous parking lot scrapes are also a breeze returning my car to its original condition. Mervyn's is top notch. After my vehicle suffered some paint damage as a result of a scratch, the staff at Mervyn's inspected the vehicle without an appointment, got me in within a few days, and now there is no sign of the scratch. A GREAT body shop with amazing people! We had a bit of a jam with our glove box and no one else had been able to fix it. They were able to see if 5 minutes after we called, solved our immediate issue with the lost items in the glove box and then proceed to fix the glove box. They took the time out of their day to assist us and offered to do it for no charge. We are so appreciative of their kindness and time to help us.
