Everyone is very helpful and polite. The bikes are great. The process of booking your bike for a service is easy. The people working on your bike know what they are doing and get your bike in riding condition in a very short time. I would recommend Sweet Pete’s both for service and product.

I love my new bike. Sweet Pete's people are knowledgable. But what I really like is their outstanding customer service. The bike rack wasn't in stock so they delivered it to our house. They are very kind.
