Several great experiences at this shop! The crew does a great job on tune ups and I appreciate the transparency and communication around costs. I also had to have my frame replaced and Wez was super helpful explaining the issues and gave me frequent updates on progress when getting the replacement frame shipped in. Everyone is super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.

I bought Marlin 5 from this store on Sunday and Nile Choi helped me out with bike selection under my budget, with whole process and final billing. She was so calm and patient and helped me try different options for proper comfort. Other staff were so humble. Excellent place to buy a bike. It was worth travelling from Pickering to buy a bike from here. Best employees great experience.

Had a wonderful experience recently purchasing a touring bike from them with some upgrades. The bike was setup and upgraded within a very short period, considering how busy they are at this time of the year (spring), and every person that I dealt with during several visits, were very courteous and helpful - highly recommended!
