SENSO DESIGN REVIEWS

I hired Mark the owner of Senso Design back in December for a complete Condo Renovation project. 2 bathrooms, kitchen, all doors, trims, floors, light fixtures, paint and removal of popcorn ceiling. Also took out a wall in the kitchen and closed out some other walls. The project started in Mid January and lasted 2 months. He had given me 7-8 weeks for completion, so that was good. I was really impressed with Mark as the owner and general contractor, always available to speak to you, give you advice and he is fair. He is honest and very knowledgeable. The trades that he employs did some fantastic work. Very professional. Payment were respected as per our contract and were made as the project was advancing. We are very happy with the completed project. I would highly recommend Mark and Senso Design for any renovation projects.

We recently completed our house renovations with Senso Design and are beyond happy (reno included: kitchen, 3 bathrooms and stairs). Mark was absolutely great, transparent, easy to communicate with, kept us informed every step of the way and was very accommodating and patient with our requests. The team (Edward, Zora, Bogdan, Dima, and the rest of the the team) did such a beautiful, high-quality work and made sure there was minimal noise/interference with our work from home schedules. We are beyond satisfied with the results and will certainly be returning to Senso Design for future projects. Thank you so much!

We had issues with our bathroom and contacted Mark. He's professional and so are the contractors. I was impressed at how they protected and covered the floors and stairs before the demo of the bathroom. They did an incredible job, I'm so pleased with how our bathroom turned out. I recently had my small kitchen remodelled by ClearView smART solutions & kitchen design. The design and planning was a snap with assistance provided directly by the owner. The project was scheduled about two weeks after we approved drawings, but once they started, I had a finished product 8 days later. The ClearView smART solutions & kitchen design team met all my expectations for professionalism and knowledge on their craft. I would specifically refer to Arthur as his work is impeccable. I would refer my friends and family to this company and plan to have them remodel my bathroom within the next couple of years.

Andrey refaced our kitchen cabinets, added a pantry and pot drawers. We are very satisfied with the finished product. Awesome job!!!
