Julian and Melanie were very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions as thoroughly as they could before committing to their company. Melanie is also always available to pick up the phone which is very important for customer service and feeling like your warranty will be honoured. The team who installed the patio door was very courteous to my family and professional. they cleaned up after themselves too. We bought a basic patio door with a footlock and it was arrived within a week! The door itself is great and seems solid and good quality. I would say the screen is a bit stiff but it might be because it's new.

Great guys to work with. We had a budget, they helped us stay within it. This was part of a full gut that we were doing ourselves but this was one area we wanted a pro to do for us. It did take some time before they were ready but that’s to be expected. We went all black, in and out and are very happy with it. All in all we are happy and will use Panorama for our basement windows replacement project when we are ready.
