We had just finished a major home renovation with Sanza Homes. It was a real pleasure to work with project managers Saeed, Sep, and their team. They are very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and organized. I felt I was very well taken of from beginning to end. We spent about 3 months agreeing on budget, design, materials, and timeline before construction. Once construction started, they sent honest weekly progress updates. I didn’t have to worry too much about the renovation at all. Instead, I learned a lot about construction, and I really enjoyed watching how everything came back together after the demolition each step of the way. They have great respect of their client’s home. I could not live at home during the renovation, but it was kept clean and tidy the entire time. My home was finished on time, and it looks fantastic. The workmanship is excellent. Most importantly, I have a peace of mind knowing my home was updated properly inside and out. I feel very lucky and happy I chose Sanza to do my very first home renovation. They took care of everything in detail, and made sure everything is done up to code. They are very hard working, has great customer service, and reliable. If I have a chance to do another renovation, or home project, I’d call Sanza Homes again.

Great company to work with. Everyone was fabulous from the designer, project manager, construction supervisor and all the workmen. They did a complete renovation on our home . Workmanship was excellent. Great communication. Very professional. Work was done on time and within budget. I love my new home.

I would highly recommend them. Very honest and punctual with their work and accurate with details. Fair prices nicely, organized and good quality work. Job done on time and no Surprise.

OCEAN BREEZE HOMES REVIEWS

Just wanted to share the experience we had working with Ocean Breeze Homes. We were to install a stair that required very specific requirements to the home. In order for this particular stair to work with the limited space that we had to work with we needed the builder to be extremely precise and accurate. Bill was able to make this process very simple and made the job rather easy. All was set up for us perfectly and on the timeline required. Building a home can be a trying experience let Ocean Breeze take care of it and all will be easy.

Shaaista Lalani and Bill are amazing to work with. We are super excited to work with such a wonderful team. Shaaista has amazing design ideas and Bill has the amazing know how knowledge to make it all into a reality. Thank you for everything. Looking forward to working with you guys for as long as possible. If you wanna build, get in touch with them right away.

These guys are great to work with. They have great ideas to bring to any project and can definitely deliver. Even when there are issues, which any project faces, Ocean Breeze handles everything with care and determination as if it were their own home.

Michael is very responsive and goes the extra mile for purchasers of new homes. Thank you, Mike! I also want to thank Rob, the site supervisor, for being pleasant and great to speak with about any concerns. He is a stand-up guy! Also, Paul is a wonderful, kind and great handyman. Always available to help out where needed. When it comes to a builder, esquire really went above and beyond for us. As a person who is familiar with the new home construction industry, this particular builder, esquire homes, does it best.

If i could give 10 starts, i would. These guys have been nothing but amazing since day one of us purchasing our home and moving in. Any issue we had, as soon as I contacted Mike about them, I received prompt and immediate communication and they sent staff to our place to fix everything, free of charge. What they do should serve as an example in this industry.

Great Home, Great Team, Great Service and amazing closing. I have never had issues with the developer assisting even 1 year later after closing. Look no further!.
