We worked with Alexandra at Thomas and Birch to design and build a new kitchen for our 1912 home. Alexandra was so great to work with! She really listened to us to create a kitchen that suited our style and worked within our budget. It was always easy to get a hold of Alexandra whenever we had questions and she made us feel like valued clients. It was a real pleasure to work with her for our kitchen design and she was with us from beginning to end. We absolutely love our new kitchen! We highly recommend Alexandra to anyone looking for a kitchen designer and would definitely work with her again!

Working with Thomas and Birch and Alexandra was nothing short of extraordinary. Every single person on the project was fantastic to work with & when we had an unexpected flood in the middle of the Reno Alexandra became not only designer but also Counsellor! They got the kitchen done on time even with the flood & one year later we’re loving it! They’ve been back twice to repair pieces we’ve accidentally broken & have done so quickly and swiftly. Furthermore their pricing was very competitive and quality is bar none.

Designer, Alexandra Graham is professional and has amazing design ideas. Quality of cabinetry is high, and though service is slow, I think this is a new industry standard. Service is always excellent, from accounting to design, to install. We are very happy with our cabinets.
