I will be recommending this company to anyone who asks. The installers were professional, friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable and informative. This company was helpful to come up with a design that was of my wishes, prior to install date. I wish I had of used them in our last house! One of our bedroom closets was over a staircase and was definitely not an easy install, However installers Agazzi and Shawhin were lighthearted and genuinely happy to have successfully installed it beautifully: when I am aware there had to be gymnastics involved to install it straight, solid and to expectations. I am sure all of the installers of the company take pride in the job, as it seems Vancouver Island Closets has put together a team to succeed! The final product is beautiful and I could not be any happier with the follow through and service this company provided. They do not have a showroom which honestly - could contribute to why they are affordable and pass it on to clients. If you are a Costco member - you can use the Costco link to get a quote and then a nice kickback from Costco to fill your cupboards up, buy a vacuum or whatever you are in need of.

We had an incredible experience with VI closets! We had 4 closets designed and installed, and from our first emails to the day of the installation everything was flawless. The team was responsive, professional, and the quality and value is unmatched. We had a custom walk in closet designed, two standard bedroom closets, and a front closet done, and the advice given helped make the final result so organized and improved usability. The owner and crew were so helpful and professional on the day of, cleaning up after themselves and so courteous, they were a pleasure to have in our home. We had reached out to one of the “big guys” and the response was slow and unprofessional while costing 3x as much - going with VI closets was the best decision!

This company was not only so very easy to deal with from start to finish, it was also a pleasure. They took a badly organized closet in a home we moved into recently and turned it into something wonderful. The pride in their workmanship is refreshing. Their quality is top notch. Can’t go wrong with this excellent company.
