WORLD DANCE CO REVIEWS

Tonight, my partner and I attended a free beginner class of Tango. Dance lessons are something we have talked about for a while- however, we have not found a studio that offered an opportunity to experience that atmosphere prior to commitment. Tonight, we trialed a free 1st class beginner Tango dance class. It was better than I had hoped for. The class offers options to come as a couple or as friends or individuals. As the class progresses, you can stay with your partner that you came with or rotate. The instructor is clear, and his partner is amazing as well. We decided to purchase a punch card. They have many options, and they allow for the odd miss of a class. Punch cards are transferable, so you can learn more than one style of dance using the same purchases. Discounts are offered to attendees at open night. However- it was a lot of fun! They have dance parties to socially practice your new learned moves, and it's fun!!! Just- give them a try. Whatever your dance level or need is- they have you covered!

Diego is an exceptional dance instructor! I've been taking lessons with him for two years now, and I couldn't be happier with my progress. His techniques are effective and easy to follow, even for someone like me who had no prior experience in Latin dancing. Thanks to Diego, I've become a regular at social dancing events and feel confident on the dance floor. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to learn improve their dance skills!

Diego is the best! My husband and I are on week 7 of our beginner 8 week session and each week we can't wait to go back for more. We definitely plan on continuing and buying another package. Diego makes it fun and is such a great teacher. Would recommend as a date night for anyone (even if you can't dance).

I took my first class here for the first time with Haru in her intermediate choreography class! She was super friendly and brought a lot of positive energy to the class, and I thoroughly enjoyed this opportunity of being able to learn from such an inspiring teacher!

I had a wonderful time! I took Intro to Hip Hop with Merrick and was nicely challenged. I would recommend this class for those who are ready to start their dance journey.

The Afro dancehall class is amazing! Wonderful instructor who doesn't use counts! Love it. And the staff are incredibly friendly!

My daughter has been dancing at Dance Collective for the past seven years and my son started last year. Both of them LOVE their teachers and the studio is a second home for them! They are very happy to be part of the DC family! The end of the year show was Highly enjoyable, we had a great time watching it! Rebecca Collins is an amazing choreographer, awarded many times in dance competitions and her talent shines throughout all her work!

I am so grateful that my daughter started her dance at Dance Collective since the age of four. It has been almost five years now. The teachers are professional, dedicated and patient. Going to dance class is her favorite part of the week, she loves her amazing teachers. She has also made wonderful friendships at the studio. I highly recommend Dance Collective!

At Dance Collective, it feels like family. Everyone is so loving and supportive. The teachers there, are wonderful. They're all so creative, talented and dedicated. Dance Collective is a warm and welcoming place, with so many people who are just incredible. I will never forget my second home.
