It's been 8 months since I completed my 20-week program at Vital Body Clinic, and I'm thrilled to report that I've successfully maintained my 20 kg weight loss! The journey has been incredible, and I owe so much to the amazing team at Vital Body. The biggest takeaway for me has been learning about proper nutrition. I have spent half my life, or more, trying to "loose ten pounds, then I'll be happy". I am getting free of this voice inside my head thanks to Vital Body. Thank you to their Ideal Protein "diet", to their coaching, support and consistency. What I have learned is that I don't need to be so emotional about it. It is science. Annie Tsang is a wonderful dietitian who is patient, kind and most importantly listens to her clients and their needs. I went through a painful back condition and my blood work came back with my levels all over the place and I felt my body was highly inflamed. She guided me not only with the right kind of foods and supplement suggestions that helped alleviate the pain but was also able to address other issues like indescribable fatigue, the importance of lowering stress to reduce inflammation in the body, and ensuring that my calorie intake based on the fuel my body needs was something I pay attention to. Not once did I regret having a phone appointment with Annie. She is personable and communicates clearly and effectively. I found the Practice better app to be a highly effective tool to journal my foods and read back on all our session notes and grateful to her for introducing me to it. At every appointment I knew I would come away with something valuable to improve my health. Thank you Annie!

Dr. Santos is amazing!!! If you want to do the HCG diet then he’s the man to see no doubt about it!! Please do not go to anyone else cause you’ll be paying an arm and a leg for this diet and Dr. Santos is so personable and wants to see you succeed so definitely go to him! I can’t sing his praises enough.

Dr Santos is so pleasant and very easy to talk to. He takes his time to explain everything and is very knowledgeable. I will definitely return for more treatments. The location is great and there is free parking. I would highly recommend Dr Santos.

Had my first session with Dr. Santos and I highly recommend him. I went in for the Intravenous Glutathione treatment. I'll definitely be back.
