I have been going here for over a year now and I'm never leaving. This studio has a very positive impact on me and I love the community that we have created. The instructors at oxygen Brentwood are phenomenal and each have their own unique teaching style. I love all the classes that they offer. My Tuesday's and Saturday mornings are not the same without attending Sadafs Fast & Furious class. Her classes are super motivating, challenging, fun and will leave you wanting more once you're done. The BEST yoga studio.

I love this yoga studio. The classes are challenging and the instructors give good, clear and supportive direction. There's different styles of yoga classes as well as fitness/HIIT classes which gives lots of flexibility for whatever your fitness goals are. I particularly love classes lead by Suze but I haven't yet met an instructor there that I didn't like. Check it out!.

Great instructors who are encouraging and welcoming. The staff are understanding and do their best to meet you where you are at . Great variety of classes.

I love The Mat Yoga! It’s a welcoming and supportive environment with awesome people. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, I think it offers something for everyone. Anchi is a great teacher who offers hands-on help and modifications to ensure that you are doing the poses properly, and therefore benefiting as much as you can from them. She encourages everyone to listen to their body and do what makes them feel comfortable, but reminds them that sometimes, you just need to push yourself a bit to improve. I wouldn’t have thought that I could do a headstand when I started taking classes, but I can now! I also became more motivated to continue practicing at home. I highly recommend her classes.

When I joined The Mat Yoga last summer I knew right away that Anchi was the right instructor for me. I am a senior who needs a gentle class and she helps me adapting the poses to my level. She always shares his knowlwdge and wisdom with us, and encourages us to be who we really are. I love coming to these classes.

Anchi is an amazing yoga teacher ! She is very tuned in to the needs of her students, thoughtful in the structure of her classes, funny and so lovely to be around.

Been going here since it opened. The owners (especially Shreya) are super sweet and welcoming as well as the front desk team. My favourite instructors are Cassandra and Michelle. I love that Cassandra is knowledgeable on form and technique. The studio itself is very nice and modern. Love how there’s showers!

Studio is clean and located conveniently next to the skytrain with plenty of parking if you drive. The studio is rather small and I find the instructors are just okay. Definitely book classes in advance as they fill up quickly. The waitlists do move fast!

As someone who has tried various fitness and yoga studios, OYF metrotown checks all the boxes for me! Beautiful studio & amenities, friendly front desk & owners, a good variation of classes offered & talented instructors! Such a lovely place to get your work out in. Definitely worth checking out!
