First Impression Ortho exceeds my expection. The friendly staff and Dr. Luu's excellent skills including his professionalism makes every visit comfortable. I would say Shonalee is the singer of team,I am entertained when she's singing while working on my teeth.I am so much thankful for boosting my confidence, now I can smile so much brighter than before.OverallI had the best experience and can't wait to bring my son.

I have now completed my orthodontic treatment at first impressions just in time for the holidays. Dr.Luu and his team have been so professional and accommodating from start to finish. I knew my case was a difficult one requiring surgery and was feeling quite hesitant; however, they were patient with me and provided me with treatments options that made for the best results. I'm currently receiving care for my braces here with Dr. Aran and his team so I know I'm in good hands as my kids had their braces done here so I can't wait to see the end results. I also see Dr. Ghandi and Dr. Harjee for my dental services and I'm very satisfied with the service I receive that's why I recommended this place to my friends and family. I've been with this clinic for more than a decade.The front staffs have been very helpful but one staff could improve when dealing with patients. I've only dealt with her a couple of times and I find could use some patience when booking appointments especially I don't intend to waste their time and my time. Sophia the coordinator already tried to reach me and raised my concern and she made sure that she will deal with the matter accordingly.

Had my invisilign with Dr. Aran and the experience was great. The staff is friendly and super accommodating. I have also had all my dental cleanings here. I must mention that Rebecca did an amazing job, answered all my queries patiently, and it is fun to hear her stories as well.

Amazing staff all around; could not believe I managed to get a same-day appointment to fix my retainer when other orthodontic clinics were quoting me appointments a month out.
