Always an amazing experience each time i go into Lougheed Laser Center. I always feel heard and there’s always a solution to any skin concern that i have. What really sets this place apart is how the staff relate to you on a personal level. They don't just treat you like another patient; they take the time to get to know you and understand your needs. This personalized approach made all the difference in my treatment and overall experience. The customer service representatives deserve an award tbh, they are so good . Also, Kelly and Julie are fantastic, i cant thank them enough. Thank you to the amazing team for always making my visit so positive! With their help, i have been able to keep my acne at bay and maintain a radiant look. I thought it would be good to drop this review as it might help someone else experience this greatness.

Dr. Grace is THE BEST!!!! She doesn’t over sell or focus on the negatives of my aging. She always asks what my budget is before the service, to make sure I am comfortable with the amount and pricing. I have followed her from a previous clinic because she is just soo good. She is calm, knowledgeable and makes me feel very comfortable. I was late for my appointment due to unknown weather and traffic… the front end staff were super accommodating and understanding and figured out a way to fit me in. It was very refreshing, as I’m a busy mom and have little time for appointments. If you’re looking for a practitioner that knows her stuff, isn’t about taking all your money, leaves you with a SUPER natural look… definitely go see Dr. Grace!

The staff here are so friendly. The front end staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable. The injectionists are friendly, knowledgeable and very experienced. You will NOT be disappointed by the level of care they deliver. They explain every part of every procedure honestly, so you will never be surprised.

Great experiences and great value! First time getting anything lasered and it couldn't be more stress-free, Sandi is super nice and accommodating and makes everything a breeze. I come all the way from Richmond to go here. Also heads up if you're using google maps to get here it might point you to the rear of the building for some reason, make sure you stay on Edmonds St. for the front entrance.

I’ve been very happy with my experience at Avante Laser & Aesthetics. Sandi is always on time, friendly, thorough and efficient! I’ve noticed awesome results with my laser hair removal so far, and just about to head into my fourth session.
