Meredith is very attentive and gives you time to answer any questions you may have. Her knowledge and expertise makes you feel confident in making the right choice for your sleep apnea diagnosis. She recently sold me the Resmed mini for travelling and I’m happy that I won’t need to pack the bulky regular Resmed machine I use every night at home. I travel alot and now I can just use the mini rather then have to pack up my Resmed each time I am away from home. Thank you , Meredith for all your suggestions in helping me to choose the right machine.

I’ve had a terrific experience here! From getting first diagnosed, to getting my sleep apnea machine, it has been a very easy, informative experience. I feel very supported in this journey and would recommend anyone who needs sleep apnea help to come here!

Shaina and Clarisse are fantastic. Efficient, polite and show real interest in wanted to help. Their explanation of CPAP's... how they work and what they do is very good. I have really enjoyed working with the two of them. I highly recommend dealing with this SnoreMD. I'm sure they are all good but this location is great. I went to this location because it right in my neighbourhood. Great job and thank you.

The staff are incredibly patient and understanding. I never felt rushed even though I took an incredibly long time to find a mask that worked for me. As well THEY dealt with my extended insurance, something that I find quite intimidating. I feel like I could go to them at any time with problems or issues I may be having. Thanks especially to Shaina.

The staff at Snore MD we amazing. They worked with my Doctor, helped me with all the insurance stuff. Got me fitted with the right CPAP machine. What can I say but thank you so much. You made is so easy.

We received absolutely excellent care and consideration from ALL of the staff working here located at 5050 Kingsway, entrance on Marlborough St! It IS a great place to be assessed at, and to come to for a CPAP machine, and their expert advice and fitting. When you buy your machine and/or hose, mask/etc. supplies here- you WILL receive their kind attention for whatever you need, or ask. Very fair pricing as well.

Yin is a wonderful person that goes above and beyond for customer service and satisfaction. She goes out of her way to make sure your totally informed and make you feel comfortable with the product. She made me feel so comfortable and confident in my abilities to use and maintain the product. Thank you to Yin for your amazing help and for anyone looking where to go and who to see Yin’s the person for you.
