I frequent this clinic and have gone to multiple RMTs here. I’ve had a great experience with every single person I’ve seen, however Rachelle has worked wonders for me. I usually prefer RMTs that use heavier pressure as I don’t feel anything with lighter techniques, but Rachelle has changed that for me. Although very gentle, she is still able to get the tightness out of my muscles and never leaves me feeling sore afterwards. I’ve never experienced that with another RMT so kudos to her and I highly recommend seeing her.

Rachelle Potter is an amazing RMT! Had several treatments for low back injury and the treatments were extremely helpful. The massages are incredibly uplifting and I have noticed a major improvement in mood after a massage. I strongly recommend. Also really appreciate the front desk staff who are great. The facility is very nice and modern and there is lots of free parking around the corner.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at Mainland. Frank and his staff have always been accommodating and friendly. Due to previous injuries, job demands and my active lifestyle I frequently need a “tune up”. I’ve been going to Frank for RMT for about 7-8 months now and never felt better. Thanks so much!

Jennifer is very knowledgeable and intuitive. Her methods combine traditional and advanced techniques that are beyond your typical massage or acupuncture treatment. She was able to quickly identify and treat my neck & back tension. Definitely, the most comprehensive treatment I’ve ever received with massage, cupping, and needle-free acupuncture.

I fell down not long ago and went to see Jennifer the same day to treat my back and shoulder. On the very next day, I am back to myself, without feeling achy at all. I have been going there for over a year and she delivers results each time to maintain my good strong back. Worth giving a try as she has been an acupuncturist for years!

I tested a couple of massage therapists to find a person who really understands the issue I'm having and helps me find a long term solution and not a short term solution. In other words, I did not want to simply get a relaxing massage. I feel like Aaron knows all the body parts, he knows how they rotate and work together. I can literally see how he visualizes all the body parts in his head and explains everything to me so that I understand it too. I love that our sessions are mixed with exercises and a massage. I feel less tension and pain after his treatment. He even provides homecare exercises. I know everything takes a little bit of time and effort. I'm confident that Aaron will help me be in less pain in the future and I don't mind driving 30 minutes to get the treatment that I think is best for myself. Aaron is a true professional and I can only recommend him as a massage therapist.

Lorenzo has been my RMT since I’ve been a competitive athlete. I’ve since retired from sport but he still is so helpful when my body is sore from living an active lifestyle. He can apply a lot of pressure if that’s your preference and can use less intensity if you let him know. A lot of women can be uncomfortable around male RMTs, but Lorenzo is professional, respectful and really good at his profession.

Great service, very friendly and accommodating staff. Spencer Der is amazing! Only the highest recommendation and highest praise for the excellent treatment! He is very knowledgeable, thorough and empathetic therapist ! Thank you for doing such a great job!!!
