I am very impressed with Hannam Optical. The good old-fashioned personal service and attention they offer is difficult to find these days. Hannam Optical has a great selection of frames for every taste and budget. I plan to continue to get glasses from here as well as recommend them to family and friends as Hannam Optical has officially become my go-to-optical-store. It’s nice to support small independent businesses rather than the big optical chains.

This was the best Optometry experience I’ve had. So impressed by the customer service and the selection of eyewear. I received customized recommendations for my eyesight needs that suit my lifestyle and also what style of glasses would look best with my face shape etc. I was served by Eric Kim, very personable and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going here again for future eyewear/contacts needs, highly recommend this store.

I want to thank Hannam Optical for such a great experience every time I come in. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and always have excellent customer service. I have been to many places but no place compares to these guys. Not only do they listen to what you want and are looking for they provide the best prices around. Very reasonable if you are on a tight budget. They don’t rip you off like other places do. A great optometrist and eyeglass one stop shop. Specsavers in Lougheed Mall in Burnaby is easy to access and has helpful and friendly staff. Great selection of glasses in open to try displays. Recommended.

Excellent service! I just went in to get a case for my glasses, and not only did I find the perfect one — they gave it to me for free. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Mona was amazing . She definitely deserves a raise . She put up with my questions and inquiry- spending over 1.5 hours with me making sure all my concerns are addressed.
