My daughter and son have been with the Dance Barre since they were 2 & 3 years old (now 12 & 10). Blake and Lindsay (Owners & Artistic Directors) have created a space where children feel safe and cared for. The individual support and time they give to their students, is demonstrated on a regular basis. The Dance Barre faculty is an extension of who Blake and Lindsay are, their values and character. The studio is not only about introducing dance and sharing their love of the art form with their students and parents, but also about building students with a strong work ethic, respect for others, teamwork and responsibility. Over the years, I have watched my children grow as dancers and amazing humans. The lessons they have learned at the studio will forever be a part of them. Blake, Lindsay, the faulty and senior students have become mentors (directly and indirectly). What an amazing show. All the dancers did amazing job and they should all be proud of themselves. Dance Barr is truly a family place, they are always there to help or answer your questions. The dance teachers are amazing they care about the dancers and helps them with there learning of their specific dance. After our old studio closed unexpectedly we, and so many others moved to ET. They were under a lot of stress taking in so many dancers but they were so welcoming. It feels like we have always been there now.
