TOP 3 YOGA HOT AF REVIEWS

As a 15+ year yoga practitioner and this is by far, my favorite HOT yoga studio!! When visiting in Windsor (from Toronto) I truly look forward to the intense heat, challenging workout, but also the incredible amount of fun that the instructors make the classes. Along with a meaningful advice and suggestions during the class there is often humor peppered throughout the practice which is very genuine and quite welcome. There is amazing sense of community at these two studios, and it is very welcoming to newcomers. I've never experienced any other classes or studios even close to this level of enjoyment! You will not be disappointed and you will sweat like crazy!!.

A truly welcoming yoga studio, its a community of great people. All classes and instructors are accessible, fun and spark growth in practice. Thank you for being here and keeping the space clean and safe for all.

My first yoga class with Instructor Jade was a transformative experience. Her calming presence and clear instructions immediately put me at ease, even though I was nervous as a beginner. Jade's focus on proper alignment and mindfulness made each pose feel accessible yet challenging. She encouraged us to listen to our bodies and embrace our own pace, which helped me deepen my practice without feeling overwhelmed. By the end of class, I felt more centered and aware both physically and mentally. I'm looking forward to continuing my yoga journey with Jade's guidance.

An amazing studio with a solid variety of classes! This was a great way to get back into yoga after a long break. I would highly recommend any class with Ashley or Jade. Overall, a very supportive, affirming space .

What a great and welcoming experience. I have never done Yoga but it was recommended to improve my cycling posture. Jade was very friendly and made it very easy to fit right in. The class was a perfect fit for a newbie with clear instruction and lots of modifications for those not quite there yet. Overall a great place to start and I will be attending more classes for sure. If you are on the fence, take the leap at give it a try, you wont regret it.

The Community Class on Fri. Night is a Godsent from heaven Donation based, to be with friend, to let go of the work week so we can start a weekend in a positive space is perfect! With Susan’s gentle voice, positive energy, kind teachings, and wonderful teachings of yoga ????????‍♀️ . O’m studio is a hidden gem, which everyone must experience .

One of the best yoga studio that I have practiced at. They accommodate all experience levels, but it's best to consult Susan or Chris to determine the ideal class and instructor for your practice.

Great class, beautiful studio, Susan was a great instructor!! Highly recommend.
