Dr. Carreira is an excellent psychologist. I highly recommend him for Marriage Counselling. He is extremely knowledgeable in this specific field. I can't even describe how much he has helped my husband and I improve our relationship especially our communication skills. Even though our relationship has improved tremendously we continue to schedule sessions with Dr. Carreira because we enjoy our sessions so much. He is such a great listener, compassionate, professional and polite. He is also very funny and makes you feel so comfortable in sessions especially when strong emotions are involved. He is worth every penny. I recommend scheduling your sessions in advance because he does get booked very quickly.

Dr Chris Carreira is one of the people that helped me through my situation I appreciate her and I appreciate Dr Katie wonderful people about the building is really nice, neat, clean, organized, plenty of parking spots I appreciate you people.

I have been meeting with Dr. Chris for a while, he has helped me greatly as we are resolving my many issues with our common goal of finding a new post-injury normality for me.

Dr. Stephanie Bernardon is gifted at helping kids with depression, anxiety and many other ailments. Our daughter has had a complete turn around over the last 3 yrs seeing Dr. Stephanie. We saw results after the first few months. She is patient, caring and expereinced. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Stephanie genuinely cares about her patients and she has always provided myself and my child with exceptional care. I am thankful for her because my son is a different child now. He has overcome so many obstacles with her help. Thank you for caring.

Very professional and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable talking to her. She knows how to treat really difficult problems like PTSD, depression, and the like. I would highly recommended her to anyone who wants to talk to a kind, intelligent professional with insight who makes you feel like you really matter.

I saw Dr Out for roughly a year and a half. She was always so calm and peaceful to talk to. When she saw I was getting too emotional, she was patient and we would switch to a conversation about a common interest while I composed myself because she knew how uncomfortable I felt crying around others.

I have been seeing Dr. Out for many years now and she has helped me a lot. I found her to be punctual, she doesn't look at the clock like some docs do, and she always gives you time to say what you need to say before she offers her opinion
