I enjoy chatting with her each visit! The girls at the front desk are very friendly and It's very easy to make/change appointments. They send text reminders & ability to reply to confirm. Would definitely recommend.

I googled a special laser Yag Laser and sent messages to different esthetic spas and clinics across North America. Carol was the only person who responded and was very upfront about her prices, scheduling, and the expectations of the treatment of my leg spider veins. She was also very honest once I was ready and committed to make a trip from Massachusetts to see her. At this point, she told me the slightly larger vein should be treated with sclerotherapy.
