Requested a quote on installation of a home standby generator & auto transfere switch. Arrived on time for the quote & for the work itself. Work was done efficiently. When the generator would not automatically switch from utility to the standby generator I called then. They returned to the site & spent considerable time diagnosing the problem which turned out to be a problem with the FACTORY ASSEMBLY !! of the unit No additional payment was requested. What better service could I expect.

They worked on our ETS unit and discovered the problem was with NSPI Time-of-Day timer. They were competent and explained everything in detail. The office was clear as to what we had to do next. Am very appreciative for all their help.

Mr.Electric installed baseboard heaters and moved a junction box for a new oven install. Very professional in all aspects, will definitely use them again.
