Hepatica Florist

I contacted Hepatica Florist for the first time yesterday, and I was blown away by Simon’s top notch service, not to mention his happy demeanor when I called. He went above and beyond the call of duty to meet my very picky request, and he then suggested he would text me a photo of the bouquet when it was done to make sure I was happy which he did, and I was absolutely thrilled. He also took the time to let me know when it had been delivered. I have found customer service to be severely lacking these days, and Simon sets a GREAT EXAMPLE of what customer service should be! Hepatica was amazing! We were sending a holiday centrepiece to my husband's aunt who is spending her first Christmas without her husband in over 60 years. I wanted to know when the flowers were delivered so we could call her as she is not an email or texting person. Hepatica texted me to let me know the moment when they had been delivered. When they texted me - they remembered her name instead of referring to her address and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful! - Shelley G
