I can't say enough good things about this company! Super friendly and easy to deal with from start to finish. Neal was fantastic to work with to help decide what door I wanted. Like everyone else in this pandemic, they also had to deal with supply issues and my door was delayed with the manufacturer. Not KBI's fault at all and Jackie kept me in the loop the entire time with many updated emails on what was happening. The install was flawless. Andrew was on time, eager to answer any questions I had, and the door looks and works great!
