Dynamic Health and Fitness

I’ve been a member of this gym for many many years. It has been such an important part of my daily life. The owners and staff are always extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to help with any issues or questions. The gym itself is very clean and has all the equipment you could hope for. Also, the atmosphere in the gym is not pretentious, like some gyms. I always feel comfortable there and have made great connections with other members. The two hours free parking is a bonus as well as the convenient location. I highly recommend Dynamic Health and Fitness for anyone looking for a local gym.

The best gym in New West for sure! Been coming here for years, and my senior parents for over ten years. It’s clean with lots of machines and free weight options. The staff is friendly and easygoing, and lots of flexible options at this gym. Nice atmosphere and all members polite. Free parking here too!!

I've been going to this gym for almost a year now and really love it! The staff is awesome, very friendly and helpful if you ever have questions. The atmosphere all around is inviting and comfortable to work out in. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone interested!
