We always knew where we were at re timing, budgeting and upcoming scheduling. We also really valued that Lida Homes has everything in-house including their design and construction team, which made things a lot easier and quicker when having to adapt to changes. No matter who it was on the team we dealt with they were all very respectful, communicative, responsive, and helpful, which was needed for our first renovation project. As with any construction project there were some unforeseen challenges but Lida Homes did everything they could to assist and alleviate the stress. We now have a brand new garage, deck, bathroom and kitchen that were completed to first class quality and we couldn’t be happier with the finishings. The end product was exactly what we wanted. I love the process, everyone at the office is very friendly and a joy to work with, very straight forward and clear, a few delays and challenges here and there but it is expected in construction and LIDA solved it perfectly for me. I got regular updates about the project and was able to keep track on all the costs. Overall a fantastic experience.
