I just had my bathroom remodeled through VGC. I'm quite happy with the end result and have been getting compliments. It was very convenient to have the VGC design and procurement teams handle the design and logistics, as well as warehousing. There were some supply chain related delays, as can happen these days with material shortages and long shipping times, but the project manager, Mohammed, provided excellent service and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy at the end with the results and addressed all the small concerns I had.

The company was absolutely wonderful, designer Zaineb was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of tips on what to expect from my choices. The project manager Hamed was knowledgeable and in control of the project, made sure the crews were available on time according to my schedule and he made sure that they all did an excellent job. And Parv was also very helpful through out the whole process and made sure everything was being done accordingly. He communicated with me on each step and that put my mind at ease for the total renovation of the kitchen and the bathroom. And all the electrical items were taken care of properly and up to code. And I am extremely happy with the end result of my renovation. And I will recommend Vancouver General Contractor for anyone looking to renovate.
