Waterfront Hotel Downtown Burlington

Just recently left this hotel and had an amazing experience being there. Let me start off by saying that I was in a bad mood to begin with. This all turned around when I first checked in with the receptionist Maria, she was so quick with the process and answered any questions I had. She also cheered me up with some jokes and talk and I swear my whole outlook changed after. Then came the rooms which had decent decorum and a beautiful view. We chose to eat out in one of the nearby restaurants and then walked the strip to discover non mainstream stores. I definitely recommend coming here and I hope Maria you see this message because I really appreciate our conversation! Thank you!

Fantastic experience! Super friendly staff, beautiful room and the surrounding area is breathtaking. Breakfast is included, and consisted of an omelette, quiche, sausages and home fries. They also had juice, muffins and croissants that were also good. Loved staying here, and looking forward to coming back.

View never disappoints here. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Rooms are always clean and breakfast in AM is great value that's added. I prefer the rooms with the park view. Also this hotel is very conveniently located for dining and other amenities and facilities in downtown Burlington.
