With the increasing demand for heat pump installs and services, many firms will be popping up vying for business. We chose Don's Refrigeration to install a larger unit for the whole house and are glad we chose this firm. Our older unit died post-hurricane and Don gave us prompt service considering the number of calls post storm. The bid was honest (we checked four firms), the install over two levels was smooth and the system works very well. Remember a lot of firms will sell you a unit, make sure you get one that will come back to service it, when the inevitable malfunction occurs.

We had 2 mini-splits installed on Aug 26. The installers Eric and Ryan were very professional and knowledgeable. They arrived when we were told they would, and did an amazing job in just a few hours. Ross sold us a package that works great on cooling and dehumidifying the house, and the price was very competitive.

Great service, The service man very professional, friendly and answered any questions we threw at him. Thanks again its nice to see such good customer service!
