I’ve been doing business with TH Oliver for a number of years now. They are extremely responsive! Recently my hot water tank ruptured and they were there within a couple of hours to access and the tank was replaced the next day. Last year my AC stopped working and they had us up and running a few hours later. The admin and service staff all are very professional as well as empathetic to the customers circumstances. We've worked with Steve, Elise and team for close to 20 years and have always received great service. Our almost 20 year-old AC system finally decided to give up the ghost and Elise went above and beyond to schedule us in for the installation of a new unit just as a major heatwave was settling in. Wayne and the installation crew showed up on time, worked diligently to install the new unit and left behind a happy customer!

TH Oliver installed a new gas water tank for us in addition to routine AC and furnace maintenance and repairs. They arrive on time, work quickly and efficiently and leave the area immaculate. The office is always a pleasure to deal with, highly recommend them!
