Our annual A/C and furnace maintenance services were performed by David, who was so helpful and knowledgeable. During the visit we discussed our humidifier and options to repair/replace it. David took the time to explain the merits of the unit we have vs. the more complicated (and expensive to repair) alternatives, as well as explaining how to effectively operate the unit and monitor the water flow to avoid expensive water bills (which had been our issue before). He was informative, patient and helpful. This is the only company I would ever consider for our heating/cooling needs.

Outstanding all around service. I’ve been using Summers and Smith for three homes over 15 years. Can’t believe I’m only reviewing them now! Outstanding service. I’ve had two homes that required a new furnace in dead of winter. Pricing and service are very honourable. It’s not often you see a company with such consistent service. And consistent quality. Their technicians are great. Quality and honesty is what I see from this company.

Awesome team. Luke was very thorough with his estimate and everything came in as expected. The install went smooth and the guys were done on schedule and cleaned up the area... didn't even know they were there.. except a new AC unit and proper air flow in the house. Would highly recommend for quality products and a knowledgeable, friendly group to work with.
