My husband went to see Justin to make duplicate keys for our Smart car. Three blanks were used and cut manually from his machine. Unfortunately, the blanks that were used were no good so they didn’t work at all but Justin offered to use his computer program to cut another 2 blanks free of charge. So my husband went back the next day. After the keys were cut, they still didn’t quite work properly. So Justin did some tweaking right away and the keys finally worked. My husband couldn’t be happier. Justin’s customer service is top notch. We highly recommend Better Lock Group. Keep up the good work Justin!

Better Locks did some security upgrades in our building. It was a great experience overall. Kevin and Justin are extremely professional, responsive, and helpful. Kevin did most of the onsite work. He was great to work with, and extremely respectful of the building (e.g., cleaned up everyday, followed the building's COVID-19 protocols, was willing to answer questions and assist residents, etc.). It has been a few months since they completed the work and the quality has proven to be excellent. I highly recommend!
