Couldn't have been better! Here's the story... I was attempting to change the deadbolts at my house on Friday and after 2 hours of fight I called and he came as quick as possible. I even had to leave to coach football and a friend waited there. More importantly, he tried to help me over the phone for free first! I expected to be charged an arm and a leg on a Friday evening, but I couldn't get over the low $55 call-out fee and $20 per door. Couldn't say enough good things about this man!
Very prompt and professional service. Contacted them first thing in the morning. All locks changed by 3 PM the same day. Reasonable rates. Highly recommend.
