Needed emergency access to our house. Richard was so courteous and sent a technician out within the hour to meet up with my husband to cut a replacement key. The tech was obviously very knowledgeable, courteous and fast. The price was right too... Glad to support a local business!

I locked myself out of my room which didn’t have a key (I don’t know how either????) but they were here in under 15 minutes and super kind about it! Definitely recommend especially in an emergency lock out!!

Good old times are alive in this neighborhood store, community staple. Owner-run, not corporate, the service mentality and prices speak for themselves. Love this little gem.
