My son had his first class here today. He can be quite shy trying something new and didn't know what to expect, but Coach JP and Coach Mel immediately gave him 1 on 1 attention and instruction so he can catch up to the other kids. He wasn't left behind, he was encouraged, praised and supported by them both. They are both great with kids, tough but fair and supportive, great to see! He was beaming with confidence after 1 class. He can't wait to keep going and loves it already.

Gavin, Koko, Andrew, Anthony, and the rest of the crew at Titans will make you feel like you're part of the family! If you're seeking a place to learn martial arts properly, where people aren't looking to hurt you during training (unfortunately common in many academies), then Titans is the place for you. It's a welcoming and supportive family environment.

Titans is an awesome gym for kids interested in kick boxing or jiu jitsu. The quality of teaching and time spent on proper technique puts this gym above others. Kevin and Tim are both great teachers and appreciate the extra support in private lessons from Peter. Everyone is super welcoming.

Everyone there is great and supportive, certainly a refreshing atmosphereunlike some other gyms. Regardless of your fitness level, you are typically paired up with people of the same level as you.."Nobody gets left behind". After any given class people are giving pats on the back, high fives and you can often here folks saying, "WOW another great class...we all got thru it, this place is so additive"...and it is!!!

I just completed my first month of the Muay Thai Basics at 374 MMA. It has really helped me change and refocus my life in regards to diet, nutrition,respect, and dedication to a successful exercise program. I've lost +18 pounds in this short period of time and look forward to continuing this healthy lifestyle thanks to Rad and everyone at 374 MMA.

I’m a blue belt and have been training at Força for about 6 months now. I’ve trained at many gyms around the world and Força definitely qualifies as one of the best I’ve ever been to! World class Bjj coaching, super friendly atmosphere, great mat area for grappling, tons of bags and equipment for Muay Thai, and very good prices. Definitely recommend!

Great gym with amazing coaches that work well with kids of all skill levels. Kids program has been a great confidence booster for both my children. Their programs allow for great support in skill development whether beginner or advanced.

I can't in good conscience give anything less than five stars. I'm nearing two months at the gym here, and it's been truly an amazing experience. Muay Thai and BJJ have no better home outside of their respective countries than at força.
