For the current state of healthcare in this province, this place is really a shining gem. The receptionists are so kind even when people come in after they are full and offered them suggestions. The wait is incredibly long but it’s worth it if you need to be seen same day. I had the benefit of knowing exactly what was wrong with me and what I needed for a prescription. Dr. Haider listened to me, confirmed my suspicions and quickly wrote me a prescription so I could go on with my day. That man hustled from door to door for hours on a Saturday to see as many people in a timely manner. Very efficiently done.

It's the best walk-in clinic in the area by a good amount. They are actually consistently open unlike the Family Focus clinics. The doctor is great and I have never had any issues with the receptionists. Like all walk-in clinics around here, you have to arrive super early (like at least an hour but preferably even longer) if you want to guarantee your spot.

The secretary is very kind and lovely, except for when people yell and scream at her; however, that's understandable. The doctor is amazing, you can tell he enjoys his job and cares for his patients. He actually does a better job than the ER a lot of the time.

I went in for appointment yesterday. I don’t know the name of the doctor. He was very helpful. Asked a lot of questions that made sense. Plus he did took a sample of my lip. I thought I would have to go to a lab. I appreciated his helpfulnes, and professionalism. The receptionists were friendly, and courteous.

The clinic is great, clean and efficient. The doctor I saw was kind and professional. The thing is, you gotta get there before it opens and line up. I was there four minutes after opening and I was the last patient who could be seen. I waited about an hour and a half to see a doctor. There is definitely a doctor shortage in Nova Scotia and walk-ins like this are carrying a huge burden. Thank you for being one of the only walk-in clinics! I really hope that we can attract more doctors to Nova Scotia to keep up with the growing population.

Good front desk staff and the two doctors I’ve had there are great.

Je suis patiente dans cette clinique depuis 2009. Le Dr P. est à l'écoute et propose des solutions plutôt que des solutions temporaires. C'est un médecin incroyablement empathique, et j'espère qu'il restera parmi nous pendant de nombreuses années encore.

J'y suis allé d'innombrables fois pour moi et ma fille. Le personnel est génial et les médecins aussi. Je n'ai rien à redire sur quoi que ce soit dans cette clinique. Continuez votre bon travail.
