I never leave reviews but I absolutely HAD to for this location. The entire experience was absolutely blissful. The amazing lady at the front was incredibly nice, sweet and friendly. She made myself and my mother feel very comfortable. The entire place is beautiful and very clean not to mention very peaceful. I had Hilary as my massage therapist and I could not recommend her more. She is a wonderful, caring person and an excellent massage therapist. My mother had Alyssa who was just as lovely as Hilary and I don’t doubt the rest of the staff to be equally as amazing. If i could give this experience more than 5 stars I genuinely would. Will most certainly be returning. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
It was my first massage ever and I had a fabulous experience. In fact, I scheduled my next visit right away. Chris, the massage therapist I had, was highly knowledgeable and made me feel very relaxed. He did a stellar job focusing on the areas I had concerns with. I came out feeling much better! I never thought I would be a client of massage addict because it’s never caught my eye as anything special but I had hurt my neck/shoulder one day and needed to get it addressed asap and they could get me in on short notice so I booked with Martin and I was so impressed with how he listens and his technique I’ve never had done before including moving and pulling on my arms and legs. I joke I feel like a rag doll but I can’t say enough about how good I feel afterwards and the first visit when I had my neck and shoulder pain/injury I was 100% better the next day and so thankful.
Simple and clean location with friendly staff and knowledgeable RMTs. Insurance friendly and can do direct billing. Close to bus routes and right in downtown Halifax. Discount available for first time client for massage therapy.

Great experience! I booked a body and head massage as a surprise for my partner and the staff were so helpful in keeping it a surprise (eg. They took my contact information so they didn't call him to confirm the appointment; let him fill out the intake form upon arrival instead of in advance)! He said his massage was amazing and the best he's had. He's had a very physically demanding past few weeks and he said that all of his tension and muscle pain is gone.
Planned a couples massage after producing a major event that involves 3 weeks of heavy lifting, in every sense. Can't say enough about the experience. Great environment, amazing team, very restorative massage. It will be part of our annual post-festival routine.
I was treated with the outmost care by Tara, she made me feel super relaxed and relieved of my aching body pain with her wonderful technique!! Would definitely be coming back when I’m visiting the area again!
