CLAYTON PARK AUDIOLOGY REVIEWS

As a long-time hearing aid wearer with significant hearing loss, I found Lyndsay to be a very knowledgeable independent audiologist. She obtained the information needed to answer my questions about new technology and is aware of hyperbaric oxygen treatment available at the QEII (which many people don't know about, including some ENTs). She has the appropriate equipment to conduct hearing tests that are not influenced by an audiologist reading cues. Most importantly, she utilizes real ear measurements to program hearing aids. There are some audiologists who try to rationalize not using REMs, but REMs provide essential information for successful programming. I'm a new client and it always takes several visits to program aids for me; but based on my initial appointment, I'm confident it will take fewer visits with Lyndsay to optimize my aids than with less knowledgeable audiologists.

The most sensitive, personalized care I have received for my hearing loss. Absolutely fantastic! This is an audiologist who really listens and considers all aspects of a patient's life and lifestyle in determining needs and the solution. I'm so grateful my doctor referred me. Staff was warm and friendly. Bonnie, who tested my hearing was very nice and efficient. Grant was very good at what he does in deciphering the results and clearly communicating them to me. It was a good session and a at education on where my hearing stood, what direction I was heading in and what my choices and costs were.

Today, I visited the Halifax Beltone location and was given great care and professionalism that helped me understand options for future needs, and I believe I have a partner that will aid me in protecting and managing those needs with good service. Beltone.

Great experience with my hearing test. Very professional and very streamlined process. They have a great and convenient location, and very friendly staff.

I cannot say enough great things about Amplifon Alderney. The audiologist Alyson Earle and her assistant Megan at the front desk are absolutely delightful people. From my first telephone call to book an appointment until the moment I walked out the door after everything was done. Alyson is patient, explains everything she is doing and makes you feel instantly at ease and solved my ear problem in no time. I think I hear too well now haha. We looked at hearing aides and showed me some incredible technology at affordable prices but was not at all trying to pressure me into buying right now but will likely in a year or two. It is amazing to see how much they have changed over the years. So yes I had a really great experience. Thank you Alyson and Megan for everything.I definitely recommend coming here. You will not regret it at all.

These two girls were amazing, Megan and Alyson are the two sweetest girls and they were over the top outgoing and knowledgeable through the whole process of getting a hearing aid that’s best for me. Highly recommend this place, very personable, can’t be more complimentary.
