JOCELYN GLOVER, DOMP - HALIFAX OSTEOPATHIC HEALTH CENTRE REVIEWS
My go to place for osteopathy and acupuncture. I originally went here for help with sciatica when pregnant and post natal care with Jocelyn. She is fantastic, makes you feel comfortable and after three sessions I had great results. Matthew is the acupuncturist and has 10 years training from the only acupuncture school (in the UK), acupuncture helped with pain and you would feel great for three days after from whatever was released. No idea how it works but it did. Years later, I injured my shoulder. After six weeks of physiotherapy, I went to see Angela (Jocelyn gets booked up quickly) and she was able to give me back range of motion. Basically, think of having your arm stuck where the highest you can lift it is waving like the queen. 90 mins later she had me able to reach up above my head! Of course, I continued with regular sessions balanced with physiotherapy and was able to return to work. Depending on your injury, if you are stuck and restricted in motion, give Osteo a try.
This place is the perfect one stop shop for physical treatments. All the practitioners are very knowledgeable in their fields and have wonderful bedside manners. The staff are all very warm and friendly, as Jocelyn is very particular about who she hires. I often refer people to this clinic. I highly recommend booking in!
I have seen Julie for two years and she's always been great. I refer other people to her whenever I hear that they are suffering with pain. Julie is able to assess the problem and find the right treatment. The room is always cleaned and Julie is always well-groomed and presents a professional appearance. I highly recommend Julie to anyone who is suffering with pain. She truly cares about her patients.

SHAWN SELFRIDGE, RMT, DOMP - WATERSHED WELLNESS REVIEWS
I can't say enough good about Watershed Wellness and google won't let me leave a rating higher than five stars even though they deserve a lot more. The staff here are amazing, they know their stuff and the work they do changes lives. I am so happy I found this clinic because they have made a huge difference in my recovery.
By far the best Wellness Centre in Halifax. All the therapists here are true professionals and are patient-centred and friendly. Watershed Wellness has a nice, warm and inviting atmosphere. The complete opposite of Halifax Osteopath Health Centre on Jubilee Street.
I have been working with Shawn Selfridge for 14 years now. He has been my go-to therapist for all manner of physical ailments, soreness, chronic pains, grinding teeth, headaches, the list goes on. The thoroughness of their practice, and the care they convey with every session leave me feeling taken care of, and that I am in the right hands.
