First I ordered a pillow online the organic buckwheat with wool. I have had unbearable neck pain my whole life and extreme migraines. After I got this pillow I never had neck pain again. Second I came into the store in a rush looking for a travel size “petite” pillow and the lady in the store was so so helpful, she could tell I was in a rush and was zooming around grabbing me what I needed and she was very helpful, informative and very friendly! VERY happy with the all cotton mattress topper and kapok pillow from dream design. They both provide great comfort and support while maintaining a cool temperature throughout the night, which is exactly what I needed. Excellent quality products!
