We recently switched out a mattress from one previously purchased at Sleepy's. Geoff's customer service was excellent. He responded quickly to our email and the warranty process was seamless. Geoff wanted to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We believe in supporting local small business and we appreciate the time and care that goes into good service. Exceptional personal service and great selection of mattresses. No high pressure sales tactics. Kevin asked questions and really listened to make sure we were matched up to the perfect product for our needs. Delivery was prompt, efficient and friendly. Sleepy’s was recommended by my daughter, she bought a bed two years ago and really likes it, I went and spoke to Carling she was very knowledgeable we tried different beds and bought two queen size. Jeff, Kevin and ADEN delivered our beds took the old ones away they were professional and very polite I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend if you are looking for a bed GO TO SLEEPY’S.
