Great service! I sent an email inquiring about potential stock of an item and received an immediate and very thorough response. The product was as advertised and Cole was very knowledgeable and able to answer any additional questions I had. They were very fair with pricing compared to other pawn shops in the area. I don't purchase from pawnshops often but found this to be a very pleasant interaction and would come back anytime to see what other treasures I can score.

Bought a jigsaw which we plugged in and tested for electrical function but the head didn't actuate. Didn't find that out until I got home and they were closed. Went in three days later and exchanged for a better model hassle free. Good service and fair selection.
