Call The Plumbing Doctor

We cannot thank Kelly and his team enough for all their help in fixing a leak in our basement! Right before Christmas, during a heavy snow storm, our basement began flooding and I must have called every plumber in the GTA for help but no one could make it out due to weather. Kelly was the only one who talked us through the problem and gave us tests we could do to determine the issue. When he was able to come out to inspect, he was able to diagnose exactly what the problem was due to his expertise and years of experience (something other plumbers in the past have missed due to it being an older home that was renovated before we purchased). His crew did a fantastic job on the repair and were very professional. We highly recommend this company and will be using them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Highly recommended, he didn’t even do work…he gave me the number of the city department to call because they might be responsible for the problem! I can’t believe I finally found such an honest person and I will always go with them moving forward! Update: the city came and fixed the issue at no charge because it was after the sewer drain in the house. Please beware if it’s a sewer issue to call the city first! This company saved me a $5,000 quote. I can’t thank them enough for their honest.
