The main water line to our house broke, it was old and the entire line needed to be replaced. With how busy plumbers are it looked like we might be without water for a while, you never realize how much you rely on something until you do not have it. Mr. Rooter got a team out to our house the following day and they worked late to ensure we had our water back that day. The crew that did the work was very professional and dedicated to getting our water back on. They used a bore to run a new water line so they did not have to dig up our lawn. The cost was very reasonable, and there were no extra fees for the getting people out right away.

Our issue was fixed promptly and we so appreciated that Mr. Roto Rooter is open 24/7, we had someone come out same day to give an estimate! The team, including Alex and Ivan, were hard working and super professional! I highly recommend this company. They took care to even sweep up outside and rake all the dirt off my grass so it truly looked like they weren't even there!

Ali was able to get to our branch on short notice to fix a pipe that was leaking through the ceiling in one of our offices. Highly recommended for emergency situations where you need to get someone out quickly.
