I was provided with options and a broken down estimate so I could easily decide what I could afford to have done. They came when they said they would and did a great clean up job at the end. We needed some large dead branches cut from a mature willow tree, most of which were quite high up, and the tree is in a fenced yard so we needed someone who could climb to cut. Wesley from Green Heritage Tree Services did a fantastic job with just ropes, safety harness, and chainsaw. We appreciated his assessment of what needed to be done for the tree, including the removal of extra weight from a live branch. We have a large backyard with a lot of old trees. I was going to try to trim them myself, but figured I should leave it to a professional. Likely better for the trees and safer for me! Wesley came by and took care of everything. It's obvious he loves what he does, and that's very refreshing these days!
