Downtown Victoria Urgent and Primary Care Centre

I had an excellent first experience here today. I was able to get a same-day appointment after waiting about 20 minutes on hold (definitely call immediately at 8:30am in order to ensure you get through quicker). The receptionist was courteous and friendly over the phone, and so were the staff when I arrived. The young male doctor (I wish I remembered your name, sorry!) I got was excellent, very professional and thorough, and I hope to have him again in future. Thank you all and much respect.

I can't say enough positive things about this care centre and all of the people ithat treated me over the past few weeks. From the front reception to every doctor and nurse I felt like I was important to them. They went out of their way to provide the care I needed and the education I needed for continued care on my own at home. I hope they read this thank you from me!

I was here three times to have a nurse take care of a heavily injured fingertip, and they were super careful, friendly and well-trained. I'm very grateful for their all-around highly competent treatment and they taught me how to change my own bandages. I'm sure it's healing well thanks to their utmost care.
