Just watched the nurses here express a heartwarming amount of compassion for a young family that had a child who was clearly having a very tough day. He was just a little one and was crying and screaming and instead of shaming the parents or asking them to get their child to quiet down, she approached very gently with a soft voice and a small treat and managed to calm the child down herself in time for their appointment. I was so touched seeing the level of compassion and care from the staff here.
Got excellent care from very professional staff. A bit of a wait but it is a walk-in clinic and I went at 1:00PM. Very impressed with the care I received for burn.
Very professional reception staff that helped me right away. The doctor saw me after my vitals were taken and was super patient and understood my Rx request. Gave me a time for follow-up and good advice for the medication. Great experience as a newcomer to Alberta.
