My experience working with Dani was life changing. Through her Blueprint program, I was given easy to follow meal plans with recipes that worked with my busy lifestyle. The macros were tailored to my individual needs and Dani was able to take into account my requests which I appreciated. Weight loss = check. Balanced eating = check. Mind/body connection to eating healthy = check. There was nothing about the experience I didn’t like and, to anyone with workplace benefits, please use them up as you’ll get most or all of the money back. Even if I had to pay fully out of pocket, the lifelong changes to my eating behaviours would have made it worth it. I’m quite sure that, having met Dani at this stage of my life, has added years to my longevity by correcting some of the conditioned less than ideal eating behaviours I had built up over the years.
