Walked out the door after 6 weeks, not only 33 lbs lighter, but clearer mentally with a plan for the future. It's not jut about the training but the way you think of yourself and the process. I was always a athletic but I'm moving forward as an athlete.
I have trained with George regularly for a few years now. George is a wonderful motivator and provides great encouragement. He really knows his stuff, and his workouts are never boring. I am always impressed with how he adjusts his workouts to suit my needs, the goals I have set for myself and my life circumstances. I would recommend George to anyone seeking a knowledgeable fitness trainer with a great attitude.
