Highly recommend Centra Windows Nanaimo. Professional, caring, efficient service from first to latest contacts with office staff on the phone; sales estimator Jeremy; Corey, who did the final measurements; installers Koby, Jared, Jordan, Stefan, Conner, Kyle and Aaron, who carefully, with attention to fine finishing and clean-up, installed five windows and two sliding doors over a two day time period. Their teamwork and competency created a comfortable working atmosphere. The well constructed products are a major home improvement. I will not miss the condensation issues seen in the old metal framed windows and am looking forward to the benefits of the UV protection now. Thanks, Centra!

Exceptional customer service. Replaced 16 old single pane windows with new energy efficient in two days. The two technicians (Koby and Ian) were great. They were on time, courteous, and skilled. They took extra effort to keep the house clean while working and did a through cleaning at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Centra for any window installations.
